Cristina is a Cross-Border Finance Expert with 15+ years managing multimillion- and even billion-dollar portfolios across Europe and Asia. She worked at some of the top private banks, including UBS and VP Bank, designing elite investment strategies for the world's wealthiest families, navigating complex international wealth management across currencies, markets, and borders.
Cristina is also the founder and host of the BOLD podcast, where she empowers women to stop waiting for permission and build their own version of success.
After witnessing the alarming statistics around women's financial independence—and the lack of confidence within her own female networks—Cristina redirected her expertise to Female Finance. She is dedicated to closing the gender wealth and investing gap by empowering women through financial literacy. Recognizing that financial education is essential for security and autonomy, Cristina helps women build the knowledge and confidence they need to lead independent lives.
To date, she's helped over 2,500 women invest with confidence and build real wealth across continents. More than 110 have completed her program, and thousands follow her on various channels to transform their financial freedom journey.

What impact do you hope to make through your work at hFF?

Laura Kusnier

Laura joined herFinancialFreedom in 2024 and wears many hats as copywriter, marketing strategist, and head of sales. With a background in economics and marketing from Germany and now calling Bali her home, she brings both analytical know-how and a global, creative perspective to the team. Beyond her love for words and strategy, she’s passionate about finance, investing, and connecting with inspiring people around the world.
What impact do you hope to make through your work at hFF?
“For me, starting to invest early was a game changer — it gave me calmness, peace of mind, and, honestly, a lot more confidence in myself. That’s exactly what I want other women to experience: to feel that spark of courage and bloom into self-assured, independent decision-makers. Valerie is the first friendly voice many women meet on their journey into the herFinancialFreedom world. As Engagement Manager within the Sales Team, she leads first conversations, client follow-ups, and ongoing relationship building across WhatsApp, CRM, and social media — making sure every woman feels seen, supported, and welcomed from the very first touchpoint.
With over seven years of experience in customer care and international client communication, Valerie has lived and worked across Germany, Sydney, and Cape Town. Her global background and people-first mindset make her especially skilled at connecting with women from diverse cultures and life stages. She is known for her warm, motivating style, her versatility across tasks, and her ability to translate the herFinancialFreedom philosophy into real, relatable conversations that build trust and confidence.
Since joining herFinancialFreedom in August 2025, she has played a key role in guiding hesitant prospects, encouraging action, and creating a supportive bridge between first interest and confident next steps.
What impact do you hope to make through your work at hFF?
"I want to encourage women to step beyond outdated gender roles, take their future into their own hands, and recognize how capable they truly are. Too many women still underestimate themselves — especially around money and big life decisions. I want to be part of changing that by supporting, motivating, and normalizing confident financial conversations, so the next generation of girls grows up seeing this as completely natural."

Roseline leads expert sourcing at herFinancialFreedom. With a background in virtual assistance, she researches, identifies and connects online professionals who can genuinely add value to the hFF ecosystem.

I’m passionate about helping women become more aware of how to manage their money, from simple steps like budgeting to investing and building wealth. It’s something we don’t usually learn in school, but it’s so important. I want women to see that it’s simple, doable, and absolutely achievable. At the end of the day, you’re stronger than you think, and women are always more capable than they believe.
